Can I send only the amplifier, chassis or module?
For many Beolab and electronic repairs, it is possible to send only the removable chassis or module. This depends on the model and fault.
How long does a repair take?
Repair time depends on the product, fault and availability of components. You will receive an estimated timeframe when the repair is assessed.
Do you provide a warranty?
Warranty terms depend on the completed repair and will be confirmed in the quotation or service documentation. Normally we are providing 2 years of warranty
Can you provide a shipping label?
Yes. We can provide Prepaid shipping labels Worldwide, We just need parcel size.
