How to Make Beolab 8000 Wooden Covers
The illustrated guide shows the required clamp positions, wooden slat dimensions and installation sequence.

Download and Print the ClampsDownload the free files and print the mounting clamps using a 3D printer or local printing service.

Prepare the Wooden SlatsCut 14 slats approximately 13 × 4 × 1000 mm and two wider finishing strips approximately 47 × 4 × 1000 mm.

Attach the Mounting ClampsFit the printed clamps around the speaker and check their position before installing the wood.

Install the Wooden SlatsUse suitable double-sided tape to secure the slats to the clamp system evenly.

Finish the Top SectionPrint and trim the included top template, then fit the final wood section around the top plate.
Choose a Wooden Finish
The final appearance depends on the wood species, surface treatment and colour. Always test oil, wax or lacquer on an offcut before finishing all slats.
Natural Oak
A light and timeless Scandinavian finish.
Oiled Oak
A deeper and warmer version of classic oak.
