Beosound 9000 MK 3
At Bang & Olufsen, every loudspeaker, including the BeoLab 4000, is designed to reproduce sound as faithfully as possible. In fact, this dedication ensures that no artificial elements are added to the audio, bringing listeners closer to the artist’s original intent.
The BeoLab 4000 active speaker not only stands out for its compact design, but also for its incredible flexibility. You can place it on a shelf, bookcase, or wall, and its built-in amplifier significantly reduces size without sacrificing sound quality. Therefore, whether you’re using it in stereo setups or surround sound systems, the BeoLab 4000 seamlessly fits into any room.
Sleek Design and Adaptive Technology in BeoLab 4000
Aluminum Craftsmanship for Acoustic Excellence
Bang & Olufsen uses sleek aluminum for the BeoLab loudspeaker, offering both durability and lightweight construction. As a result, this material optimizes acoustics by reducing internal vibrations, ensuring clear and powerful audio.
Active Speaker Technology and Adaptive Bass Linearisation
The BeoLab powered speaker utilizes active loudspeaker technology, integrating amplifiers directly into the speaker. Consequently, this innovation reduces the size by two-thirds compared to traditional speakers. Additionally, it features Adaptive Bass Linearisation (ABL), which enhances bass response while maintaining sound clarity, especially at normal listening levels.
The Cube: Acoustic Testing for Superior Performance
In “The Cube,” Bang & Olufsen subjects every BeoLab speaker to rigorous acoustic tests, ensuring top-notch sound across the full frequency range. Furthermore, technicians individually calibrate each unit, guaranteeing consistent, high-performance sound for every speaker.
In 2007, Bang & Olufsen introduced the BeoLab with ICE amplifiers. These amplifiers not only increased efficiency but also maintained the speaker’s powerful sound output. As a result, the compact design remains ideal for both main and satellite speaker setups.
