For top sound in a compact form, try the Bang & Olufsen BeoSound Century. Designed by David Lewis, it combines CD, tape, and FM radio into a sleek unit that can stand alone or mount on the wall. Illuminated buttons make operation simple.
Known as BeoSound Century in Europe and BeoSound 2000 in North America, this 11cm deep stereo fits tight spaces. It lacks Beolink® but can be equipped with a handle and built-in active antenna for portability.
The BeoSound Century features active speakers like other BeoLab models. A polished aluminum edition, introduced in the late 90s, became the new standard. Choose between wall or table stands, and control the unit with the optional Beo4 remote.
